Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please don’t return without contact us first as we can’t refund for those case.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The address for the return warehouse will be provided to you during the Return process.
We’ll process your refund or store credit within 7 business days of receiving the material.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Customers requesting cancellation and refund of an order after Purchase will be charged the shipping cost as a restock fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AllSale Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AllSale Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@AllSale.co
To return your product, you should mail us at support@AllSale.co
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
